Akeeba Backup version: 3.7.10 Pro
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.
Description of my issue:
This is a site that has moved to a new server (it is the subdomain referred to in ticket #16911: Redirect to Subdomain) Up till now it has worked flawlessly.
The first error occured on the main domain when running the config wizard. The error was colud not save max execution time ... you wil have to configure manually. I ran Akeeba Tool to fix permissions and everything was fine and I was able to upgrade to J2.5.13 and run backups.
For the subdomain there are 4 profiles:
#1: Full Site Backup - Local (default)
#2: Database Backup Only - Local
#3: Full Site Backup - Remote (DropBox)
#4: Database Backup Only - Remote (Amazon S3)
#1 & #3 are identical apart from the remote configuration; similarly, #2 & 4 are identical apart from the remote configuration.
I can run the config wizard when the active profile is set #1 and backup also with #1. I have also run succesful backups on #2 and #4. Profile #3 is the one giving most problems. The config wizard gives the same error mentioned earlier. I set the manual values to those in the main domain and try to run the backup. The backup starts then I get these errors:
Inspection of the apache error log shows two instances of failure:
If I take a manual backup of either the main domain or the subdomain I can transfer the backup to my server, update Joomla and other extensions. All is well.
The current Fine tuning times are set 2.0;20.0;75%. I tried reducing max execution to 15 secs but that didn't make a difference.
I have other Joomla installs on the same server, all with Akeeba Admin Tools and Backup and none of them have given errors despite being transferred from the same old server to this new one.
What do you suggest I try next?
