Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? Yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Joomla! version: 2.5.13
PHP version: 5.3.26
MySQL version: 5.5.30-30.1
Host: Arvixe
Akeeba Backup version: 3.7.10

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Command-Line backups that used to be working prior to the upgrade to 3.7.10 are now failing with the attached errors in the log file. The back-end backups work fine! Not sure what it could be. Nothing else has changed. The cron job command is as follows:

/usr/local/bin/php53 -q /home/taogroup/public_html/sol25/cli/akeeba-backup.php

Please see attached errors in the log file.

Thanks

There is no error in the log file. Do you get any other message in the CRON output (you should be receiving that by email)?

Hi Nicholas,

Here is what we get in the CRON job email. It also looks benign, but upon checking the backup status in the Joomla back-end it clearly shows it as "Failed" (see screen shots).

There is no indication as to why the backup stops. Is it possible to get hold of the error logs for PHP CLI and see if there is an error around the time the backup stops?

Thanks for your help, but after changing the CRON job to another time of day it has mysteriously started to work again!!! I am assuming the host server terminates the job or something because of a conflicting job running at the same time ?%&*@??? Anyway, thanks for your help, but this can be closed.

That explanation wouldn't surprise me at all. Well, I'm glad it's solved now.
