Akeeba Backup version: 3.7.7

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Every time I try and run a backup, I get an error now. This has worked before though. I have gone through the help tips that you provided e.g. Wizard check, changing max execute time to 5... all to no avail. FYI, I have got this set up so that it does export the backup to my Dropbox.

Go to Akeeba Backup's Configuration page. Click the Configure button in the Archiver Engine and set the "Part size for split archives" to 10Mb. If this doesn't work try 5Mb or 2Mb.

If that didn't work, also try the following settings:
- Minimum execution time: 1 seconds
- Maximum execution time: 7 seconds
- Execution time bias: 50%

If that still doesn't work, replace those settings with:
- Minimum execution time: 5 seconds
- Maximum execution time: 2 seconds
- Execution time bias: 50%
