I am having issue with joomla 3.1.1 and want to uninstall individual components to see if they are causing my issues. I can always reinstall after I prove to myself they are not contributing to the bigger issues.

What do I need to uninstall to get akeeba backup and admin tools uninstalled completely from joomla?

Akeeba Backup Professional 3.7.7 (2013-05-11)

Admin Tools version 2.5.5

Uninstall the following items:
- Akeeba (Component) <-- This uninstalls all related modules and plugins automatically
- Admin Tools (Component) <-- This uninstalls all related modules and plugins automatically
- FOF (Library)

Please note that the last item should not be uninstalled if you're using any of our software or any other component depending on it.
