Description of my issue:

Hello,

I ordered the Commerce edition 15 minutes ago. I did logout and login back (in 2 separate browsers).
The Professional edition of the softwares are not available for download.

Could you check my account to make it possible to download the pro versions.

You have bought a Commerce subscription which only gives you access to Akeeba Subscriptions Professional and Akeeba Ticket System Professional. Since this ticket is filed in the Akeeba Backup support section I assume that you are trying to download Akeeba Backup Professional which is not possible with your current subscription. Is this the case or am I guessing wrong?

Thank you for the very quick answer!!!

WTF!

I made a mistake. I thought that Commerce was Essential + some extras.

I only needed Essential. Can you make the needed changes? How do we take care of the wrong amount being invoiced (I used a coupon)?

Our support is quite fast :)

I have switched your subscription to Essentials and adjusted the duration to reflect the higher price you paid. It's much easier than trying to refund you 2€ which would cost you 1€ and me another 20€.
