Akeeba Backup version:

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Although I gave the right download key in Akeeba Backup and Admin Tools, I get this error.
Tried a lot already :-(

If you click on the direct download URL does the package download, or is it a small (0 bytes or ~12 Kb) file?

It's the whole file.

In my descriptions there is this id: 5bb525def3b7d6513af2b9c6dfd93168

Even the id in the link isn't working :-(.

Please follow the instructions to re-enter your Download ID. You must also follow the last two paragraphs which tell you to go to Live Update and click on Refresh update information before retrying to upgrade. This is an important bit that usually goes unnoticed.
