Is it possible to set the exclusion per configuration?

I want to achieve the following:
I would like to have a job which runs once a week backing up my complete site to my hostserver (for quick restore)
Additionally I want to daily upload a subset of my site, containing all files that often change and the DB to a remote FTP site.

I guess I have to use the exclusion filters to do this, but these are used by all jobs.

All configuration options and filters are applied per backup profile. There are no global filters.
