Description of my issue:
I was trying to install extension and got error below

and I check Akeeba Backup and I see below message.
Your database tables are corrupt
Akeeba Backup has detected that its database tables are corrupt. This indicates a problem with your MySQL server. Please make sure that your host has at least MySQL 4.1 (5.0 or later recommended). Then try uninstalling and re-install the component. Backups can not be made unless this problem is fixed.
I have read other thread with same issue and your answer was:
Please download Akeeba Backup Professional 3.7.4 from our site and install it on your site,twice, without uninstalling your existing version. Then go to Components, Akeeba Backup and load the page 2-3 times. The error message will now go away.
But I can not even reinstall it. What can I do?
