EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

May be this image can help you : the backup is still made with version 3.6.12

Then why don't you upgrade Akeeba Backup? And please DO NOT start a new ticket when you need to reply. Reply to the existing one. Otherwise I will quickly lose track of your messages and will not be able to help you without going in circles :)
