Akeeba Backup version: (3.7.2 pro)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Hi,

Tried to update Akeeba Backup Pro & AdminTools Pro after a hacker had got in. Updating wasn't finding xml file for either so uninstalled both. Now I can't re-install current version. Have tried Joomla upload and manual.

You have Joomla! 1.5. You can't install the latest versions. As per our compatibility page (https://www.akeebabackup.com/compatibility.html) you need to install the old versions Akeeba Backup 3.4.3 and Admin Tools 2.2.10. They are both available under the Download section of our site.

I'm sure I checked suitability but after 8 days of +37 celsius days and some very hot nights the brain is a bit foggy.
