Description of my issue:

Hello Nicholas, sorry if this isn't the right place but you don't have a section for Administrative tickets as far as I could see.

I just tried to generate an invoice for my bosses, but upon downloading I noticed that the invoice shows tags instead of relevant information for most of the fields. 

For example, Business Name generates {asuser_businessname}, Total generates {asubs_gross _amount} and so on.

This happens both in the PDF your tool generates, and the "Online view".

I've attached the PDF so you can see what happens.

P.S You could use a section for Administration questions. Just sayin'. Have your accountant monitor it. ;-)

I have no idea why. Other invoices look fine except yours and a dozen other people :s

(Still Steven here)

Just checked on my other account, and the same thing happens, see the PDF for your reference. I took the liberty to test all three ways of generating invoices (Online, Download as PDF, Mail) with the same results.

Either ccInvoices hates me or strange things are happening. ;-) But I already found the invoice, so there's no hurry for at least a year. ;-)
