After our today's site upgrade you can. Actually, you can either upgrade to ESSENTIALS (Akeeba Backup + Admin Tools) or to DELUXE (everything). The discount given is proportional to the contribution of the price of each individual subscription's to the final price of the bundle subscription and the number of months left in your subscription. In other words, it's how I would have previously calculated a manual discount in cases like yours.
