Description of my issue:

I get a 404 error when try to access to uninstall components or modules. I read the post:  https://www.akeebabackup.com/support/admin-tools/10801-admin-tools-causes-404-error-when-click-on-joomla-qextension-installuninstallq-link.html  but is not solution for me.  When i disable "restore points" i can't access to installer.

When you disable the "System - System Restore Points" plugin Akeeba Backup DOES NOT intercept the request to com_installer. That's why you get the 404 error and need to restore your site from a backup.

OK, backtrack. When you you have SRP enabled, whenever you click on Extensions, Manage Extensions the plugin sees the request to com_installer and redirects it internally to com_akeeba's installer view. So, instead of using Joomla!'s com_installer you are using com_akeeba (Akeeba Backup). However, Akeeba Backup only overrides the installation page. All other pages are linked to Joomla!'s com_installer. It seems that you have somehow deleted some or all of the files in administrator/components/com_installer (where the Joomla! com_installer lives). That's why you get the 404 and that's why you need to restore your site from a backup.
