No.... I am using Windows 7 Home edition.

Thanks.

I've never seen that on Windows 7 and Windows 8. What this error message really means is that the operating system ran out of "resources". It doesn't matter if you have a Petabyte of disk space, a 32-core monster and 1 Tb or RAM; Windows has finite "resources" which, among other things, are used for file handlers. I've observed that some versions of PHP are buggy and do not close file descriptors fast enough, leading to this kind of errors. I would suggest swapping easyPHP with Zend Server Community Editions (a.k.a. Zend Server CE) or the latest version of XAMPP or WAMPserver. These are the three server environments I have used on Windows 7 (Home Premium) and Windows 8 (um, do they have editions? It's just an on-line upgrade from W7HP) on the spare laptop I'm using for Windows compatibility testing. I've not run into any issues with them.
