Description of my issue:

Hi Nicholas,

Since end of november I have not been able to make a full backup.

It fails at the step of backing up files.

Allready tried other ex.time settings and bias, see #14400, but it didn't help.

Last attempt and log is from after running configuration wizard again.

I saw a .J01 file was produced of appr. 31Mb.

I hope you can help me out.

Go to Akeeba Backup's Configuration page and find the archiver engine row. Click on the configure button next to it. In the new pane which opens below set the part size for split archives to 20 Mb. Save and retry backing up.

If that doesn't work please ZIP and attach your new backup log file.
