EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

I normally bakcup only 730 MB more or less

Now am getting double the size 1.4 GB

You have a 753,641,993 bytes (718.72Mb) file in your site's root called "temp". 1.4Gb minus "730Mb more or less" ~= 718Mb. Problem solved: delete the huge temp file from your site's root.

Hint: Always check your log files for the phrase "large file" before requesting support about your backup being very large. This search will give you all big files on your site. If something looks out of place you have your answer and you don't need to request support. If nothing seems out of place you do not have a problem and you don't need to request support.
