Right now you have the following subscriptions which are current:
- #13782 AKEEBAPRO from 2012-09-26 12:01 to 2013-09-26 12:01
- #16086 AKEEBAPRO from 2013-09-26 12:01 to 2014-09-26 12:01
These subscriptions only allow you to download and ask support for Akeeba Backup Professional until September 26th, 2014.
I can see that you used to have an ATPRO subscription (#06818) which expired on January 4th. Since you don't have any other ATPRO subscription currently active you can no longer download and request support for Admin Tools Professional. I believe this is why you got the renewal emails.
I assume that you didn't mean to buy two AKEEBAPRO subscriptions. Most likely you wanted to buy one AKEEBAPRO and one ATPRO subscription. If you want, I can convert subscription #16086 to an ATPRO one which starts today and lasts for two years (because an ATPRO subscription is half the price of an AKEEBAPRO one).
