Download | Developers releases
Both menu links ar pointing to the same URL: https://www.akeebabackup.com/component/ars/

Until I fix this, go to https://www.akeebabackup.com/component/ars/ and scroll down the page. The dev releases are the once with the dark orange background. Thanks for the heads up!
