Description of my issue:

I backed up and restored my website onto a new host and now get error messages on all pages relating to a file, I have tried to reinstall this file but it does not help and I am unable to use my website.

Akeeba Backup does what it is supposed to do: transfer your files and database contents verbatim from server A to server B. We cannot guarantee that server B will fulfill the requirements of every extension installed on your site or that it will necessarily be compatible with them. This is up to you to determine, hopefully before the transfer. If this is not the case you have to contact the developer of each extension which doesn't correctly or at all for support. Judging by the name of its folder, the plugin in question seems to be Joomlawork's Simple Image Gallery plugin, therefore you'll have to ask them for support.

For what is worth it seems that the missing function in the error message is part of the GD PHP extension. Your new server seems to not have it installed or enabled. You'll most likely have to ask your host to install and enable the PHP GD extension. Again, a big fat warning here: I am not the author of the affected plugin, therefore I cannot guarantee that the support I just gave for this third party software is accurate. I believe it is, but then again if you have any doubts please do ask the plugin's author for support.
