Im using Akeeba Backup Professional 3.6.9 I need to know how to schedule backup using cron and automaticaly delete the preivous day backup.

The first part of the question is how do you schedule a backup. I would recommend going to Akeeba Backup and click on Scheduling Information. This is the best overview of all of your options and it also links to the documentation if you want more details on a specific method.

Regarding how to delete the previous day's backup, that's what the quota settings in each profile do. Select your backup profile and click on the Configuration button. Scroll down. Under the quota settings area make sure that "Enable count quotas" is checked and the Count Quota setting below it is set to 1. This will always keep the latest backup only and remove all older backup files.
