Where can I find the pdf of the documentaion. The site says it's in the download section but I cannot find it there?

Well, all of our documentation is in the Downloads area. From the top menu of the site go to Download, Official Releases. Choose the software you want. Then choose the version you want. The third item onwards in the download page is the documentation in PDF format and is clearly labelled as such.
Alternatively, you can click on the Latest Releases link in the site's footer. As you can see all available files, including the documentation PDFs are there.
