Hello

Several months ago I can not do manual backup of a site. I just try again on a new site.
I changed the setting iframe backup JPA ...
The process stops without error message, has 75% of the final stage.
Thank you for helping me

This is a failed upgrade. There is an easy way to fix that.

Start by downloading your backup archives to your local computer. Part of this procedure will be uninstalling Akeeba Backup which will remove your existing backup archives.

From the Profiles page export each and every backup profile. This will allow you to later import those settings without having to enter them afresh.

Uninstall Akeeba Backup.

Install the latest version of Akeeba Backup Professional (3.6.10 at the time of this writing).

Import the Profiles you previously exported.

Now your database is up-to-date and you have imported all of your settings. You should be able to take a backup without any further problems.

Thank you for the very quick response.
But if I have the problem on another site, I speak now of a new site with the latest version Akeeba Backup Professional (3.6.10).

I have not made any backup!!!

Still, try to uninstall and reinstall the component. The issue you are reporting happens when Joomla! cannot create or upgrade Akeeba Backup's #__ak_stats table correctly.
