Joomla! version: 2.5.8
PHP version: 5.2.17
MySQL version: 5.1.65-cll
Host: www.stonesailingclub.org.uk
Akeeba Backup version: 3.6.10

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

When using the Site Transfer Wizard, I fill in all the details, press next and get the following error:

Not Acceptable

An appropriate representation of the requested resource /administrator/index.php could not be found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Not sure what this is

Please contact your host, show them the error message and tell them the exact date and time you received this error. Then ask them, based on this information, to relax their mod_security2 settings for your site so that it doesn't get triggered due to complex passwords being submitted in the Site Transfer Wizard's form. They'll know what to do.

Hi,

I do get backup failure - just working through all the notes with my hosting company to make sure we have done everything we should have done

I do get an error during backup:

Backup Failed

The backup operation has been halted because an error was detected.
The last error message was:

Uploading configuration.php has failed.

Β 

Im on 96M, and the hosting company is not seeing a memory error in the error logs for it at the moment.

So any further suggestions much appreciated

OK,

Just to say its all workig now.Β  Missed one step in the documentation.

Very easy to transfer the site. Forgot the db details, but created a new and it all looks good
