Hi there!

I have just renewed my subscriptions to Akeeba Backup and Admin Tools Pro using my PayPal account and received this code:

ERROR CODE:PE101

I have checked my PayPal balance and the transaction is there. 

BTW, Renewing both products give a special disccount, am I right?

Hi Juan,

This is an issue with our payment processor (2Checkout) as we no longer have a direct integration with PayPal. This means that I have no control over it and no way to troubleshoot it :( Over the next few months we are going to add more payment methods on our site to prevent such nuissances.

Renewsing both products early (more than 15 days before the expiration date) gives you a 30% discount on each one. The idea is that the total price you get to pay is 42 Euros (60 Euros minus 30%), which is lower than the initial –and already discounted– purchase price of 50 Euros.

Hi Nicholas!

Great for the discount! But I don't see if I'm already suscribed or have to renew the subscription again using another payment method.

I see a red cross in My subscriptions menu but don't know if I have to wait or not.

Both of your subscriptions have been renewed. I can see that subscriptions 16039 (AKEEBAPRO) and 16046 (ATPRO) are both marked as paid. They appear as disabled because they will become active on January 3rd, when your old subscriptions expire.
