I want to cancel my subscription, but the only option is to renew?

Hello Nigel,

Our subscription are not auto-renewing so there is nothing to cancel. You just have to let the expiration deadline pass. Please remember that when your subscription expires you will no longer have access to any downloads at all, includingnversions which were published during your subscription's term. Moreover you will not have access to our support services.
