Description of my issue:
I'm trying to create a BAT file on a Windows 7 host that will trigger an Akeeba backup.
The statement in the BAT file is:
c:cygwinbinwget --max-redirect=10000 "http://wcrasite/website/index.php?option=com_akeeba&view=backup&key=wcra123&profile=1"
The results I get from running this statement from the command line is:
