I am guessing that you restored the site on top of a pre-existing site. Please try installing Akeeba Backup on your site again, without uninstalling your existing version, by downloading Akeeba Backup's installation archive and installing it through Extensions Manager on your site. Please repeat this process twice.

Please remove the following folders:
- administrator/components/com_akeeba EXCEPT the administrator/components/com_akeeba/backup directory and the administrator/components/com_akeeba/akeeba/serverkey.php file. If you remove that directory and that file you will lose your existing backups and/or settings.
- components/com_akeeba
- administrator/modules/mod_akadmin
- media/com_akeeba
- plugins/system/plg_srp
- plugins/system/plg_akeebaupdatecheck
- plugins/system/plg_aklazy
- plugins/system/plg_oneclickaction
Now re-install Akeeba Backup.

If this still doesn't help please make sure that your database user has sufficient privileges to display the structure of database tables.

Finally works unnistalling first

The partial uninstallation is always the last resort. It's only necessary when Joomla! refuses to delete old versions' files. We usually have to do it on shared servers with wrong permissions, but sometimes even local installations suffer from Windows access control mishaps. I'm glad it's working now!
