Hello,

I have just purchased AkeebaBackupPro, received confirmation of the purchase and confirmation of my subscription period.
However, I can not see my download ID. I have read instructions. According to instructions, it myst be located in My Subscriptions page. I attach screenshot of the page. Can you point out where I can find it?

I tried to read more instructions on installation, but I also can't access MY > INSTRUCTIONS section: You are not authorised to view this resource.

What am I doing wrong?

Please try logging out and back in, as I've written in the big warning box in the post-purchase page. This is a Joomla! limitation. Also note that you can find your Download ID in the invoice which was sent to you after your purchase. It's written right below the item description.

Thank you. Both hint worked for me (invoice and logout-login trick).
Extremely nice and easy-to-use software! It works perfectly.
Thanks for developing this nice component!!!
