Description of my issue:

I cant download Akeeba Professional Version for 1.5 despite being logged in with an active subscription.

Please log out, log back in and you'll be able to download version 3.4.3 or 3.2.7 (depending on your PHP version). Your subscription gives you full access to both versions.

Sadly still cant download.

It says at https://www.akeebabackup.com/download/official/akeeba-backup/akeeba-backup-3-4-3.html

com_akeeba-3-4-3-pro-zip_raw couldn't be downloaded.

That file name is wrong. It means that you have a brain-dead browser which doesn't understand the Content-Disposition HTTP header, a web standard which is around for many years. Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox? Please try using a different browser, like Chrome.
