Actually, according to your log file, Akeeba Backup has already gone into database dump by the time it stops working. First please check that you have adequate free space on your host. If this doesn't work, try the following configuration settings:
- Minimum execution time: 1 second
- Maximum execution time: 7 seconds
- Runtime bias: 50%

If this doesn't work yet, try this:
- Minimum execution time: 5 second
- Maximum execution time: 3 seconds (yes max < min)
- Runtime bias: 50%

If it still fails please ZIP and attach your new backup log file.
