You have a very large file in your site's route which is almost 18 MB long. Here it is:
INFO |120828 19:09:37|Breaking step _before_ large file: <root>/rt_kirigami-rocketlauncher(1).zip - size: 17550753

The problem is that the bigger the file is, the more time you need to transfer it. When you have a very large file, you need a lot of time. PHP has a timeout limit which in your case is 30 seconds. If you file transfer requires more than 30 seconds then you have a timeout error. This is a "hard" limitation, i.e. it is imposed by your server and cannot be worked around. Unfortunately, FTP does not allow us to transfer files in small chunks. Since we have to transfer big files in a single step, timeouts can occur.

In your case, there is a workaround. This particular file is not required anymore. It is a pre-packaged Joomla! installation file shipped by your template provider. Most likely, you used this file to create your site. You no longer need it. Delete it and restart the site transfer.

Hi Peter,

There was a networking issue (very likely) about one and half hour into the transfer, or the remote FTP server decided to deny serving our connections request (unlikely):
DEBUG |120829 17:54:36|Connecting to remote FTP
ERROR |120829 17:55:36|Wrong FTP hostname or port (host:port = ftp.orlandopropertymanagers.com:21)

You can't do anything about it. You can, of course, retry but it may still not work. The other alternative is using a regular backup and the "Send to remote FTP server" data processing option to transfer the backup archive from one site to the other. In this case please remember to set the part size for split archives to something low (values around 5-20Mb work with most sites).
