Error with file?

I have created a new site and installed Akeeba, but when I try and test the backup I get the following error message

================
Could not open /home/pennyla1/public_html/language/en-GB/en-GB.com_testimonials.ini for writing
================

When downloading the log file, this message displayed also
================
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

==================
I have enclosed the backup file for you also.

Thanks Dave

Please consult the troubleshooter. The archive is just fine. You have a permissions issue. Your best bet is to remove all files/folders from your site and retry restoring with Kickstart's FTP mode.
