Description of my issue:
I have successfully installed the Akeeba Backup version: 3.2.7 - pro. When I go to Components/ Akeeba Backup in the Joomla backend, I get the mesage 403 - access forbidden. The problem is probably that I am logged in as System Administrator? Is there any way out?
I think I maybe have a big problem. I am about to move a website for a client to another hosting. His Joomla and hosting provider has got ill and it is impossible to get in touch with him. We have neither Superadmin details nor ftp- and database- details. Is there any way out to get a copy and restore the full site on another server? Sorry, but I don't think I have access to the log file....
Thanks,
Heidi
