Hi nicholas,

I am trying to backp www.eerstecommunie.com and am getting an internal server error:
Invalid AJAX data:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
the log has been attached.
also the option Use IFRAMEs instead of AJAX is checked and Use database storage for temporary data does not make any difference.

what could be the problem?

thank you in advance,
Roy Storcken

Please go to Akeeba Backup's Configuration page and try the following settings:
- Minimum execution time: 1 second
- Maximum execution time: 7 seconds
- Runtime bias: 75%

If this doesn't work, please try this:
- Minimum execution time: 5 second
- Maximum execution time: 3 seconds (yes, max less than min)
- Runtime bias: 50%

Hi, Nicholas,

Theze settings still produce the error.
The last try (50%) gave me the attached logfile.

First click on the Configuration Wizard button in Akeeba Backup's Control Panel and wait for it to complete. Then try taking a new backup.

If this doesn't work, go to the Configuration page, find "Archiver Engine", click on Configure next to it and set the part size for split archives option to 10Mb. Then take a new backup.

If this still doesn't work please contact your host and ask them why you are running out of disk space.

Hi Nicholas,

It worked!
Thanks.

One other question not related to akeeba backup.
You use a nice message bar requesting cookie accept.
What plugin do you use?
i use the e-privacy plugin from richyweb which is very good but does not generate the messagebar.
sorry for this question here, just needed to ask.

thanks again for your help.

I'm glad it's all working now.

Regarding your other question, I am using Cookie Monster by Herdboy.
