Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Have I searched the tickets before posting? Yes
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? Yes
Joomla! version: (2.5.6)
PHP version: (5.2.17)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (siteground)
Akeeba Backup version: (3.6.1)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Updated to 3.6.1 Tried to install new plugin for an e-commerce component. Did not work. Tried to install RokSprocket. Did not work. Also the create System restore did not work. Neither then did the Restore from archive file. Found your article. Turned off System Restore. All modules loaded OK.

This does not appear to be just a Rocket Theme problem as it first did not work with a different plugin.

Will there be a proper fix for this as it was 3.6.1 that would not install the modules until the System Restore was turned off?

Also could you label System Restore as an Akeeba module as without a badge it looks like it could a Joomla Core module?

Many thanks, Mike.
