EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
Hello,
I have an issue with version 3,4,3!
It occurred to me this error (while it worked 2 months ago):

AJAX Loading Error
HTTP Status: 500 (Internal Server Error)
Internal status: error
XHR ReadyState: 4
Raw server response:
Internal Server Error
Encountered the server internal error or misconfiguration year and WAS Unable to Complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform em [email protected] of the time the error occurred, and anything you might Have done that may Have Caused the error.

More information about this error may Be available in the server error log.

PS: I uninstalled and re installed the component!

Please go to Akeeba Backup Configuration page and try these settings:
Minimum execution time: 1 second
Maximum execution time: 7 seconds
Runtime bias: 50%

If this doesn't work, let's try these settings:
Minimum execution time: 5 second
Maximum execution time: 3 seconds
Runtime bias: 50%

If it still doesn't work please ZIP and attach the new backup log file.
