Description of my issue:
I took a backup and now I can't restore to that backup using kickstart. It shoots out an error that says:

An error occured

Invalid header in archive file, part 0, offset 8

I read the help and downloaded the extractor windows application. That did not work. The site has ample space. I'm not sure what could be causing this problem.

When I use the Akeeba Backup Now tool. But, the Backup Completed Successfully. Does that mean that I can overlook these unreadable permissions? How do I judge what I should do with each of these files?

I went to the Admin Tools - Permissions Configuration and navigated to the files and changed them each by using the pull down to give them 0644 permissions. Then I hit save custom and apply. After that I did another backup to see if those errors would be removed. They were still there.

Also, I encountered another problem where I tried the Fix Permissions on Admin tools and I got this error:

and sorry just one more thing, but I just tried to update to the newest version of Admin Tools and I received this error on the installation:

What do you think I should do about the permissions? I took these steps to correct the problem with the blueflames forms:

I went to the Admin Tools - Permissions Configuration and navigated to the files and changed them each by using the pull down to give them 0644 permissions. Then I hit save custom and apply. After that I did another backup to see if those errors would be removed. They were still there.

Did I do this wrong?
