Hello Sadegh,

Sure, I do have an advice and I told you in your email: please follow all of the troubleshooter's steps. I'm not joking, 90%-95% of support requests regarding failed backups are answered there. Ever since I put that document online the amount of requests regarding backup issues dropped sharply. Besides, there are only 7 steps. The bulk of the paragraphs are talking about specific hosts. If you're not hosted in one of them you can obviously skip them.

If that does not work I really do want you to give me all the mandatory information as well as ZIP and attach the backup log file. Without this information and the log file how can I help you? Think about it. Would you call the doctor and tell him "I'm sick; any advice?". You'd have to go there and have him run some tests to see what you've got before prescribing a cure. That's why I need the log file. I am the doctor, the site is the patient and the log file is the test results. Don't ask me for a cure before I have a chance to see what's wrong, or I might accidentally kill the patient by giving him the cure for the wrong disease :)
