Joomla! version: 2.5.6
PHP version: 5
MySQL version: 5.0.51
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Akeeba Backup version: 3.5.2

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I cant chose one windows folder other than my site directory. I tried to chose one folder in the next drive in my local machine.

When one folder name having space in 'Output Directory' its showing problem "C:Documents and SettingsmanuDesktopQJO_JoomlaQJO-Bkp" => "Documents and Settings" => its going as "C:Documents and Settingsmanu/Desktop"

That's a known issue with a few versions of PHP for Windows running on Windows XP. Please type in the path manually, substituting backward for forward slashes. For example instead of C:\Documents and Settings\Desktop\Something type C:/Documents and Settings/Desktop/Something. Most people don't know it, but Windows does support using forward slashes as path separators since MS DOS 1.0.

No. This issue is irrelevant of the Joomla! version. It takes Windows XP to happen.

Ok that I understand, Is any 'Known issues' of Akeeba Backup 3.5.2 with Joomla 2.5 ?, As far every thing fine ?

Ah, now I understand your question. No, to the best of my knowledge there are no issues with Akeeba Backup 3.5.2 and Joomla! 2.5.
