Akeeba Backup version: (unknown)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

You said the problem with the restore was caused by a 3rd party extension and referred me to the error, but I am afraid I do not understand how to read the file.

I have sceanned it but cannot see any reference to an error or how to find out which extension is causing the problem.

Would it be possible for you to let me know what line you were referring to, so I can understand how to fix the problem.

i have attached the log file again.

Thank you

Pamela, if I recall correctly (and excuse me if I don't recall correctly at all because I reply to a few hundred tickets every week; you are not directly replying to the ticket you are referring to, therefore having me guess and base my reply on my extremely bad memory) you have a PHP error caused by a third party extension on the server you restored the site to. Sending me the backup log file, which records Akeeba Backup's activity on the site you are backing up from is as useful as giving me a fork to eat my soup. You have to look at the PHP error log of the restored site. The error message will tell you which extension is the culprit.
