Joomla! version: 2.5.6

MySQL version: 5.5.24
Host: HostforWeb.com - Dedicated server
Akeeba Backup version: Akeeba Backup Professional 3.5.2 (2012-06-18)

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I upgraded MySQL from version 5.1 to 5.5 and am now unable to backup site although everything else in the site functions normally. I receive the error message: AEAbstractDump :: Database Error: Unknown storage engine 'InnoDB' SQL=SHOW CREATE TABLE `sat_hwdms_album_map`. The log stops with error message: Failed Smart algorithm on AECoreDomainDb.

I also re-ran the Configuration Wizard which completes without error. I did not change any db encoding or structure during the upgrade.

Your update broke your site :) You seem to have several tables which use the InnoDB storage engine. However, your new MySQL server seems to only have the MyISAM engine compiled. You have to recompile MySQL and add support for InnoDB tables. Please note that this issue has nothing to do with my software and is the product of a sloppy MySQL update. As such, it is outside the scope of our support giving instructions how to recompile MySQL. You'll have to ask your server administrator.
