Akeeba Backup version: 3.4.3 PRO
EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.
Description of my issue:
Error occurs when backing up the database (backing up the files only works).
I red difference tickets about AJAX error, manually removed akeeba files, then reinstall akeeba, ran configuration wizard but nothing changed. It still failed when backing up the database.
I also contacted the host support but they don't understand.
You will find the logs before (log1) and after (log2) reinstall akeeba.
And a screen shot of the error message.
Could you help ?
