In the features comparison between the free version and the pro version there is this sentence:

"Restore your backup files from within the component" yes (pro), no (free)

So where is the button inside the component that allows me to restore my site, files, scripts, database, templates etc?

Go to Administer Backup Files. Find the backup you want to restore. Its status must read "OK". Check the box on the far-left column of its row. Now look up, at the toolbar. There's a button called "Restore". It should be the second one, counting from the left. Click on it. There you go!

IMPORTANT! If you do not see that button, you are bit by a Joomla! installer bug which is easy to work around. Just download Akeeba Backup Professional from our site. Now go to your site, Extensions, Install/Uninstall and use the Browse button to locate the package of Akeeba Backup Professional you had downloaded. Then click on Upload and Install. It's very important that you do not try uninstalling Akeeba Backup before doing this re-installation; uninstalling will remove your backups.

Oh, one thing I seem to have forgotten to clarify. Restoring a backup is a complete restoration of your site to the state it was when it was backed up. In other words you can only restore a full site, not just some select files.
