EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue: I backed up my website and restored it on another domain. When I try to access my SugarCRM I receive this error message - Warning: mysqli_connect() [function.mysqli-connect]: (28000/1045): Access denied for user 'laurelbo_crmUser'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /home/ebiztest/public_html/bcs-build4.com/crm/include/database/MysqliManager.php on line 278
Could not connect to the database. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.

Please read the last two paragraphs of our post-restoration troubleshooting page. SugarCRM is actually an application external to Joomla!, storing its own configuration. Please ask on their support forum about the proper way to edit its configuration in order to update the database connection parameters and/or any paths/URLs it may have hard-coded.
