Joomla! version: Joomla! 2.5.4 Stable
PHP version: 5.3.8
MySQL version: 5.5.19
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Akeeba Backup version: 3.5.0

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:

Hi Nicolas,

I also updated to 3.5.0 and got a white screen. And I will be happy to install version 3.5.1. But after the update the extension manager /administrator/index.php?option=com_installer also gives a white screen and I can't install anything.

In a previous ticket you said that some file were not removed during installation causing the white screen. Can you tell me which files to remove and I will FileZilla them away. Or any other way, so at least the extension manager works.

First go to Extensions, Plug-in Manager, find the "System - System Restore Points" plugin and unpublish it. Now you can go to Extensions, Manage Extensions and use the Upload & Install method to install Akeeba Backup 3.5.1.
