EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:
I continue to get the message in the title on both the backup and administration products. Curl is enabled.

What do I do to get the Live Update working?

Go to Akeeba Backup's Control Panel and click in the Live Update ("Live Update is not supported") button. Click on the "Refresh update information" button. You may have to clear your browser's cache and click on your browser's reload button at this point. Then it will display the update information. If this doesn't work there might be a temporary network issue. Waiting a few hours and retrying those instructions will fix this issue.
