Joomla! version: 1.7.3
PHP version: 5.2.13
MySQL version: 5.0
Host: Rackspace
Akeeba Backup version: 3.40

EXTREMELY IMPORTANT: Please attach a ZIP file containing your Akeeba Backup log file in order for us to help you with any backup or restoration issue. If the file is over 2Mb, please upload it on your server and post a link to it.

Description of my issue:


After upgrading to Akeeba Backup Professional my back up file size has gone from 30mb to 500mb and i am not sure why this maybe.

I have checked all possible options in configuration to fix this but still no change?

Please do not attach the installation ZIP file of the component on the public forum. First, we already have it (you downloaded it from our site after all). Second, it doesn't help us with troubleshooting. Instead, as I told you on your other thread with the same topic, #12311, I need you to ZIP and attach your backup log file. I gave you instructions on the other thread. Which brings me to the next note: please open only one thread for one issue. If you open two threads we'll end up with me posting in one, you replying in the other and both of us having no clue what the heck we are talking about, making helping you nigh impossible. So if you don't mind I am closing this thread and please post your replies to thread #12311. Thank you in advance for helping me help you!
