Description of my issue:

Hi Nicholas,

When I use Joomla installer to install Akeeba Core 3.5.0 over 3.4.3 I recieve a few error lines in a red bar and the message "Install path does not exist". It seems that these errors are related to a few plugins which aren't supported in the Core version. These plugins are already disabled.
I have uninstalled Akeeba 3.4.3 but these disabled plugins still remains in the list.
However testing with version 3.5.0 works fine and also for the record: I've tested this in WAMP with a recent backup from my production site.

Do you have any suggestions before installing 3.5.0. on my production site?

Hi Paul,

This is a cosmetic issue with Akeeba Backup Core. It does not affect its functionality. The reason of these error messages is that it tries to install some plugins which are only present in Akeeba Backup Professional and, of course, fails – hence the error messages. The component, however, is installed properly.
