Mandatory information about my setup:

Have I read the related troubleshooter articles above before posting (which pages?)? YES
Have I searched the tickets before posting? YES
Have I read the documentation before posting (which pages?)? YES
Joomla! version: (2.5.4)
PHP version: (unknown)
MySQL version: (unknown)
Host: (optional, but it helps us help you)
Akeeba Backup version: (3.5.0)

Description of my issue: When I updated AkeebaBackup to last version and later I click on COntrol Panel button I saw that Joomla takes some seconds to load next page and when I refresh page it shows a 503 error message from my website: www.nudos.org.

I don't know what happens this and if there is some solution to fix it. I remember that in other times it happens the same, when tries to go in some page of my website.

Also I have purchased Admin Tools and maybe is there any feature to reduce this 503 errors?

Many thanks for your support,

nicholas

The 503 error means that your host denied to serve the request. I can't possibly know why your server decided not to serve the request so I can't help you. You should better ask your host about it. Most likely they have a too tight CPU usage limit in place, making it impossible to load any page which does a significant amount of work.

Hello nicholas,

Many thanks for your support. Yes, I contacted with my Hosting provider (RedCoruna) and says that I'm using Joomla CMS and have got many vulnerable extensions and I verify it. I verify that I have not installed and vulnerable extensions and I have any other solution. For this I think that maybe, exists some option to control it.

Many thanks for your support.

Your host is giving you what we usually call FUD: Fear, Uncertainty, Doubt. They just have no idea what is wrong with their server, so they tell you it's Joomla!'s fault. The hell it is! I've been using Joomla! and its predecessor, Mambo, since 2003. If you upgrade your extensions regularly it's not a vulnerable system. My suggestion: change hosts and go to a company which respects their clients and know what they're doing.
