Mandatory information about my setup:

Joomla! version: 2.5.4
PHP version: Apache/2.2.15 (Win32) PHP/5.3.2
MySQL version: 5.1.46-community
Host: lOCAL UPGRADE TEST OVER A LOCAL COPY OF MY LIVE SITE (Within A JOOMLAS2GO! FIREFOX MULTISITE PACK 4.90)
Akeeba Backup version: From 3.4.3 Pro Stable to 3.5.a2 (ALPHA) Pro (2012-05-10)

Description of my issue:
Tried upgrade twice as follows:
1) Through Akeebabackup 'Update button' but the after few seconds received a blank page but when returning back the upgrade were installed... but a warning that pray:
JLIB_UPDATER_ERROR_EXTENSION_PARSE_URL
- The worst issue detected is that when clicking on: 'You have the latest Version' button I received a 403 - An error has occurred. You are not authorised to view this resource. Return to Control panel.
2) Over a new & clean copy of my site I tried to upgrade it but manually, afetr downloading the new version and using the Joomla! Install Mger. but Obtaining same results. See attached picture.

These are known issues. The first issue is a cosmetic issue which I am fixing for the next release. The other issue is also a known issue which will be fixed in the next release.
